It is expected that deductibles, co-payments, and other amounts not covered by insurance will be paid prior to services being provided. Accepted forms of payment include personal check and credit card. Payment may be made over the phone prior to your procedure or at check in at Bowden Surgery Center. If you have questions at any time, let us know.
Questions About Your Bill
After you’re discharged, a statement will be mailed to you for any balance due after your insurance company has processed your claim. Payment is due upon receipt and may be made by personal check or credit card.When you receive your statement, please contact the phone number printed on your statement.
